Combo outboard covers, just a smarter way to buy & save a few bucks....

As you are probably now aware you can buy a Splash® cover for use while operating the motor or even being towed at high speeds. We also make a Full cover which can be used when towing again at high speeds or for simple storage to protect the outboard from minor scratches, dust and insects such as mud wasps.

To help us out and maximize our material usage we can offer you what we call a Combo deal, which consists of buying the Full cover and the Splash® cover at the same time we call this a COMBO. This saves us money on labor costs & we can then minimizing our material wastage. It's a win win situation you get the Splash cover for around $60 more if you were going to buy the full cover only. People also ask us why don't we simply attach a leg section to our Splash® covers? The answer is quite simple if we added a zip or Velcro to a leg section so it attached to the Splash cover the Splash cover has vented holes in it so the motor can operate, or pull start holes or if you have a smaller motor it has a hole in the rear of the cover so you can lift the motor out of the water (no trim or tilt). So this may work for some but most would prefer the Combo method for the extra $60.00 and get "double covers" on the fiberglass part of the outboard.

Did you know that most propeller's are well over $800.00 to buy and some can set you back over $1800.00!!! Having a Combo cover over your motor leaves thieves guessing and may consider the "hassle" of getting the cover off just to see what prop is on it, way to hard? Why risk yours???

Let's also face it when it takes less than 60 seconds to put a full cover on or off over the top of the Splash® Cover why would you not buy both?
